Building your Pi in 5 easy steps

It is recommended that you use a case for all your Raspberry Pi. The official Raspberry Pi case works well and is our recommendation unless you have special requirements.

Once you have the Pi and the case, putting your first device together is easy. The first step is to assemble the case. Here are the parts you'll need:

Step 1: Add the Pi board to the bottom part of the case:

Step 2: Add the top part of the case and snap it on the bottom part:

Step 3: Add the first side cover:

Step 4: Turn the Pi around and add the second side cover:

Step 5: Finally add the top cover:

That's all. Your Pi is now fully protected and ready for duty. Not it's time to install the info-beamer operating sytem.
